• RENTERS APPLICATION: must be filled out, and signed. The Drivers must be a minimum of 25 years at time of rental, posses a valid Drivers License, a major credit card and picture ID.  Additional Drivers are accepted but must present their own insurance and Renters Application.

          The Renter authorizes the Owner to obtain a credit check and to verify bank and employment information.

           The Owner reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason.

• DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
  Most states the classification for driving an automobile allows you to drive a Motorhome. There are length and gross vehicle weight (GVW) restrictions is most states. As long as you meet the requirements of the law in your license state, you are legal to drive in the states that have other requirements.

          In most states you will not require a braking system on your towed vehicle when the GVW does not exceed 2800 lbs.

• PAYMENTS:
  1. 15% Deposit is due at time of Booking.
  2. Full payment is due within 15 Days of departure. Reservations made within 15 Days of departure, payment is due at time of booking.
  3. Payments can be made by check/cheque or wire transfer and must be received at the bank prior to pick-up

• INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
  The Renter is required to provide liability and collision insurance coverage. If you are unable to provide insurance it can be provided by www.mbainsurnace.net
  
  RESTRICTED AREAS:
  1. Restricted areas include, but are not limited to: Death Valley between June - September, Dalton or Dempster Highways in Canada, New York City, California Hwy 1 between San Francisco North to Fort Bragg, the Burning Man event held near Reno, as well as the country of Mexico.
  2. Non-public roads.
  3. All Unpaved, dirt roads and "off-road" areas.
  4. Renter is liable for all damages to vehicle, tires, towing charges and other expenses as a result of a breakdown associated with operating in these areas.

• Fuel:
  1. No warranties are made regarding fuel tank capacity or fuel mileage. We assume no liability for fuel consumption rates
  2. All diesel and propane refueling during the trip is at the customer's expense.
  3. The Unit will be delivered to the renter with all tanks FULL at pick-up
  4. Refueling fees will apply if Unit is returned with less than FULL diesel and propane tanks.

• RENTAL DAY:
  1. Rental is based on the number of Days the motorhome is used.
  2.  A rental Day begins at 12 noon and continues for 24 hours.
  3. Rental charges are in effect from pick-up date to return date.

• MAINTENANCE AND BREAKDOWN RESPONSIBILITY:
  1. The Customer is responsible for checking the engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as reporting mechanical failures immediately.
  2. The Owner will give instructions and procedures for maintenance at time of rental.
  3. The Owner is not liable for Renter’s expenses due to unforeseen breakdowns beyond owners control.
  4. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical and/or property damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. In the event the vehicle is in breakdown repair for 12 hours or more, through no fault of the customer, our responsibility to customer is limited to refund of daily rate or portion thereof.
  5. Radio, automatic step, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave and appliances, cruise control, and generator malfunctions are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are available for repair time to these items.
  6. The Owner must be notified immediately on ALL ACCIDENTS, mechanical failures, any bodily injury, property damage or collision.

• SMOKERS AND PETS:
  1. Non-smoking policy is strictly enforced. If fumigation is required an additional charged will be assed and is at the discretion of the Owner.
  2. Allowing Pets is at the sole discretion of the Owner. Extra fees may apply.

• TOWING:
  Towing is NOT allowed. Exceptions can be made on an individual basis with consultation with the Owner.

• MOTORHOME EQUIPMENT:
  Motorhome equipment, i.e. dishes, glasses, cups, camping chairs etc. are loaned at the sole discretion of the Owner.
